ENi-1 electrodes are used for welding nickel 200 and 201 alloys. These electrodes are particularly suited for joining and surfacing nickel alloys that are subject to high temperatures and corrosive environments. Nickel 200 is a commercially pure wrought nickel, and Nickel 201 is a low carbon version of Nickel 200, which is less prone to embrittlement by intergranular carbon at temperatures over 600°F (315°C).

Storage and Handling:
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from sources of moisture.
- Keep electrodes in their original packaging until use.
- If electrodes become damp, rebake at 250°F (120°C) for one hour before use.

- Ensure adequate ventilation or use local exhaust to keep fumes and gases below permissible limits.
