Additional Details
ERNiCrMo-3 is a solid wire used for welding and overlaying nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy materials, such as Alloy 625. This consumable provides exceptional corrosion resistance and high strength. It finds applications in demanding environments including petrochemical, aerospace, marine, and nuclear industries. Welds made with ERNiCrMo-3 exhibit excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Depending on the base materials and intended application, preheating and post-weld heat treatment may be required.
